By downloading or playing any game developed by Arcane Break, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all Arcane Break games, including Tint Tactics, Smash Bots, Aimatron, Hexagon, Going Bananas, and future titles. They govern your use of the games, online features, and services provided by Arcane Break.

2. License to use

Arcane Break grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the games or assets without express written permission.

3. Online features & multiplayer (Smash Bots)

Smash Bots and other multiplayer titles use third-party services (Photon PUN2) and may include matchmaking, chat, leaderboards, and real-time sessions. By using these features you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward other players
• Not cheat, exploit, use hacks, or manipulate gameplay
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt servers
• Not impersonate others or abusive behavior

Violation can result in temporary or permanent bans from multiplayer services at Arcane Break’s discretion.

4. User-generated content

If a game allows creation or sharing of player content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Arcane Break a worldwide license to display, distribute, and use it in connection with the games. You may not upload illegal, infringing, or offensive content.

5. Virtual items & game progress

Virtual items, cosmetic content, or in-game progression have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, refunded, or transferred. Arcane Break reserves the right to modify game balance, virtual items, or progression systems. We may update or reset aspects of a game for maintenance and improvements.

6. Data & privacy

Your use of the games is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used (ads, analytics, multiplayer routing, local saves).

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the games
• Use automation, bots, or third-party cheats
• Exploit network or gameplay vulnerabilities
• Use the games for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The games are provided "as is" without warranties. Arcane Break does not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all devices, or that gameplay will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcane Break is not liable for loss of data, in-game interactions with other players, device damage, or network issues. Your exclusive remedy is to stop using the game and uninstall it.

10. Termination

Arcane Break may suspend or terminate access to online services for violations of these Terms, cheating, fraud, or abusive conduct. You may terminate by uninstalling the game.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the games after changes indicates acceptance.
