Privacy Policy
Arcane Break ("we", "us", "our") develops games across multiple platforms (Android, Microsoft Windows & WebGL). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected across all Arcane Break games and services, including:
- Going Bananas — Single player (Google AdMob, PlayerPrefs)
- Smash Bots — Multiplayer (Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, Photon PUN2, PlayerPrefs)
- Aimatron — Single player (Google AdMob, PlayerPrefs)
- Tint Tactics — Single player (Google AdMob, PlayerPrefs)
- Hexagon — Single player (Google AdMob, PlayerPrefs)
1. What information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Automatically via third-party services (ads, analytics, multiplayer).
- Locally on the user's device for gameplay progress using Unity PlayerPrefs.
1.1 Advertising services
Google AdMob (Tint Tactics, Aimatron, Hexagon, Going Bananas) may collect:
- Advertising ID (device-level identifier)
- IP address
- Approximate location (country/region)
- Ad impressions / interactions and app usage data
- Crash and performance data
Unity Ads (Smash Bots) may collect similar device & ad-viewing information.
1.2 Analytics
Unity Analytics (Smash Bots) may collect aggregated gameplay signals such as session length, device type, game events, and crash logs to improve stability and product quality.
1.3 Multiplayer services
Photon PUN2 (Smash Bots) uses network connections to enable multiplayer sessions. Photon may process:
- IP address (to connect to nearby servers)
- Temporary session identifiers
2.1 Local device storage
We use Unity PlayerPrefs to store local game data such as level progress, high scores, player customization, and stats (games played/won). This data remains on the device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.
2. How we use information
We use data to:
- Deliver ads (via AdMob or Unity Ads)
- Enable multiplayer functionality (Photon)
- Improve game performance and stability (Unity Analytics)
- Save progress locally (PlayerPrefs)
We do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or phone numbers in the games themselves, and we do not sell user data.
3. Third-party services & policies
Third parties handle data according to their own policies. Please review:
4. Children’s privacy
Our games are not directed to children under 13. Ad networks may apply special rules for child-directed content where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we'll assist.
5. Data security
Arcane Break does not operate user data servers for gameplay — third parties handle analytics, ads, and multiplayer routing. Local PlayerPrefs remain on the device. Third-party providers maintain their own security measures.
6. Your choices
Where required (GDPR/EEA/UK), you may see consent choices in-game for personalized vs non-personalized ads. You can also reset or opt out of your device advertising ID in your device settings.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We’ll post updates here with a new “Last Updated” date.
